Description

Job Description: - Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on concrete equipment (e.g., concrete pumps, mixers, batching systems). - Conduct routine maintenance and preventive servicing to ensure equipment performance. - Carry out overhauling of mechanical and hydraulic components, including engines, valves, and control systems. - Assist in on-site repairs and field service visits across project locations. - Maintain service records, job sheets, and follow work safety procedures. - Support senior engineers and collaborate with parts and operations teams. - Reports to Service Deputy Section Head Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with concrete pumps (troubleshooting, maintenance, and overhauling) - In-depth knowledge of hydraulic systems, engines, and control circuits used in concrete machinery. - Must be currently residing in the UAE. - Valid UAE driver's license is an advantage - Must be not more than 40 years old. - Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical or related field preferred. - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive work attitude.

Assist with audits and ensure compliance with IFRS or other applicable accounting standards. Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow from multiple properties and prepare forecasts. Liaise with banks for reconciliations, loan payments, and interest calculations. Support to Property/Asset Managers: Provide financial data to support decision-making for acquisitions, leasing, or property sales. Assist with budgeting and performance analysis of real estate assets. Key Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Familiarity with real estate operations, leasing, and property tax regulations Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Yardi, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) Analytical and detail-oriented Strong Excel skills and ability to work with financial models Excellent organizational and communication skills Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA (preferred) 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property management Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional site visits May be required to work extra hours during financial closing periods or audits
