The MCC Controller is a key role reporting to the Senior Manager – Maintenance, responsible for overseeing all technical matters related to the beOnd fleet. Serving as the focal point for Flight Crew and maintenance providers, the MCC Controller ensures seamless communication, effective coordination, and positive operational control across the fleet. This role maintains situational awareness of fleet status at all times, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and optimized aircraft availability. Key Responsibilities: Act as the liaison between the Maintenance Department and other internal and external stakeholders, including Operations, CAMO, and SSC. Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure they are completed on time and in compliance with MCAR 145 regulations and company procedures. Monitor aircraft status and provide real-time updates to relevant departments, ensuring clear communication and quick resolution of issues. Facilitate the planning and scheduling of maintenance tasks, working closely with the CAMO Technical Records & Planning to optimize aircraft availability. Ensure that all necessary documentation, including work orders and maintenance records, is accurate and up to date. Participate in daily meetings to discuss maintenance status, upcoming tasks, and any issues that may impact aircraft availability. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any maintenance-related issues that may arise, coordinating with appropriate departments to find solutions. Support the compliance team during audits and inspections, providing necessary documentation and information. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing maintenance efficiency and reducing aircraft downtime. Provide feedback and recommendations to improve maintenance processes and communication channels within the organization. Other duties that maybe assigned by the Management as and when required and necessitated by operations. Requirements Current Part-66 AMEL with type rating on A320 family fitted with CFM56 and IAE V2500 engines. 3 years in MCC of a scheduled airline operating A320 family of aircraft (Mandatory). Fluent in spoken and written English language. Proficient in MS Office suite of applications (EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT, etc.) Expert in Engineering systems such as AMOS, RAMCO, TRAX, etc. Minimum of TEN years of total aircraft maintenance experience out of which, minimum 3 years as a certifying staff. Bachelor’s degree/AME diploma. Job Description: - Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on concrete pumps (mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems). - Carry out routine servicing and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability. - Perform complete overhauling of pump units, including hydraulic systems, engines, control valves, and wear parts. - Inspect and test concrete pumping systems to ensure safety and optimal performance. - Maintain accurate service reports and documentation. - Provide on-site technical support to clients as needed across the UAE. - Communicate effectively with the parts and operations teams to ensure timely service delivery. - Reports to Service Deputy Section Head. Qualifications: -Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with concrete pumps (troubleshooting, maintenance, and overhauling) - In-depth knowledge of hydraulic systems, engines, and control circuits used in concrete machinery. - Must be currently residing in the UAE. - Possess a valid UAE driver's license. - Must be not more than 40 years old. - Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical or related field preferred. - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. - Good communication and reporting skills. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive work attitude.

Job Description: -Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of mobile cranes (all-terrain, rough-terrain, truck-mounted, etc.) - Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical crane systems. - Perform complete overhauling of crane components including engines, gearboxes, booms, and control systems. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and manufacturer service protocols. - Maintain service logs, inspection reports, and technical documentation. - Coordinate with operations and parts departments to ensure timely repairs and availability. - Travel to various job sites across the UAE as needed. - Reports to Service Deputy Section Head Qualifications: -Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with mobile cranes (troubleshooting, maintenance, and overhauling). - Strong knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems in cranes. - Must be currently residing in the UAE. - Possess a valid UAE driver's license. - Must be not more than 40 years old. - Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field preferred. - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. - Good communication and reporting skills. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive work attitude.

Job Responsibilities: Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, offices, and public areas. Empty trash bins and manage proper waste disposal. Replenish cleaning supplies and report shortages or damages. Operate cleaning equipment safely and follow hygiene standards. Ensure all assigned areas are neat, tidy, and well-presented.
