Looking for Single Executives. All bills are included- Water, Electricity, AC, Cooking gas, High Speed Internet (Routers in all room), Drinking Water (RO system is installed in the Apartment). Cleaning service is also included. Fully equipped kitchen, and even Tissue paper for kitchen is provided. Laundry basket is provided. Cloth drying stand is provided too. Looking for clean, sensible & open minded people, who don’t want to compromise on the Hygiene/Standard and who are willing to pay slightly more than the average price to live in a decent and clean apartment. All pictures are of real time/recently taken. Cozy and luxurious apartment, well organized and well maintained all through out. We do have some Strick house rules to keep the Apartment Neat & Tidy, and if you are coming, you will have to adhere to it as well.
