In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the balance scorecard framework to improve organizational performance and align business activities to the vision and strategy of the company. Responsibilities Design and develop balanced scorecard metrics and performance indicators that align with the company's strategic objectives. Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistency and integration of performance management processes.
