Store Incharge Logistics

Key Responsibilities: • Supervise daily store operations including material receipts, storage, issuance, and dispatch. • Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular inventory physical verification. • Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods are properly documented (GRNs, delivery notes, etc.). • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of materials. • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness in the store. • Prevent damage, loss, or theft of materials by implementing security protocols. • Supervise store staff and allocate duties effectively. • Plan, schedule, and monitor all incoming and outgoing shipments. • Liaise with transporters, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely pickup and delivery. • Track and monitor deliveries to ensure on-time arrival and resolve any logistics issues. • Optimize logistics operations to reduce costs and improve service efficiency. • Manage transportation of oversized or special items in compliance with regulations. • Maintain a log of vehicle movements and delivery schedules. • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements. Skills & Qualifications: • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. • Strong knowledge of inventory control systems. • Attention to detail and strong record-keeping abilities. • Basic knowledge of safety and compliance standards. • Familiar with transportation laws and documentation. • Strong coordination and communication skills. • Proficiency in MS Excel. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
