Apt Resources is looking for a Training Officer to join the team of their prestigious 4-Star Deluxe Hotel in Dubai. In this role, you will be essential in organizing and delivering hands-on training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of the hotel staff. Your responsibilities will include assessing training needs, creating effective training materials, leading engaging training sessions, and evaluating the impact of these programs. The Training Officer will collaborate with various departments to identify training gaps and develop customized training plans to meet those needs. Additionally, you will maintain training records and provide regular reports on training activities to hotel management. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Training Officer who is passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the hotel. Responsibilities Evaluate the training requirements of hotel staff across various departments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement. Create comprehensive and effective training materials, including presentations, handouts, and other resources, tailored to the needs of the hotel staff. Organize and deliver engaging, hands-on training programs to improve the knowledge and skills of the hotel team. Assess the success and impact of training programs through feedback, observations, and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement. Work closely with various hotel departments to identify training gaps and develop customized training plans to address specific needs. Keep detailed records of all training activities, attendance, and progress to ensure compliance and track development over time. Regularly report on training activities, outcomes, and recommendations to hotel management to support ongoing development strategies. Foster a culture of continuous learning by encouraging staff development and supporting career growth opportunities within the hotel. Requirements The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience in the hotel industry and a proven record. Good communication skills (oral and written English) & interpersonal skills, and with training skills background. Experience in Conducting Hands-on Training - A must-have, is proven experience in delivering practical, hands-on training programs for hotel staff to enhance their skills and performance in real-world scenarios. Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting, is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively deliver training content and interact with diverse teams. Ability to design, develop, and customize training materials that are engaging, relevant, and effective for hotel staff. Proficiency in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback, and making necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes. Ability to work closely with department heads and other stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure alignment with hotel goals. Strong organizational abilities to manage training schedules, maintain accurate records, and provide reports on training activities. A genuine passion for fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within a hotel environment.
