Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Conduct regular water quality tests to ensure safe swimming conditions, adjusting chemical levels as necessary. Perform routine maintenance on pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and heating systems, to ensure optimal performance. Inspect pool surfaces and structures for signs of wear or damage, recommending repairs or renovations as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to water circulation, filtration, and pool heating systems efficiently. Desired Candidate Profile High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in pool maintenance or water chemistry are preferred. At least 2 years of hands-on experience in swimming pool maintenance or a related field. Relevant certifications such as Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or equivalently recognized training. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet client needs.
