HVAC and Kitchen Equipment Technician Required for Restaurant in Dubai

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and reliable technician to join our team. You will be responsible for the regular servicing, repair, and basic maintenance of our HVAC systems (such as ACs and Fresh Air Handling Units), and all commercial kitchen equipment. Key Responsibilities: • Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning systems, FAHUs, and exhaust systems • Perform routine servicing of HVAC units to keep them running efficiently • Repair and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, chillers, and refrigerators • Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime • Keep maintenance records and report issues to management • Ensure tools and equipment are in good working condition • Follow all safety and hygiene standards during repair work Requirements: • Proven experience in HVAC system maintenance and repair • Experience with commercial kitchen equipment repair • Ability to troubleshoot and work independently • Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems is a plus • Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment • Good communication skills • Flexible with working hours when needed
