Key Responsibilities • Installation and Setup: Deliver, install, and configure vending machines at customer locations. • Test machines to ensure proper functionality after installation. • Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance to ensure machines are clean, operational, and compliant with safety standards. • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues in vending machines. • Replace faulty parts such as coin mechanisms, payment readers, refrigeration units, and other components. • Inventory Management: Track and manage replacement parts and tools needed for repairs. • Restock vending machines, if required, and ensure accurate inventory levels. • Customer Service: Respond promptly to service calls and customer inquiries. • Provide friendly and professional support to customers during installations or repairs. • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed service logs and documentation for each job completed. • Report major technical issues or recurring problems to management. • Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and company protocols when handling equipment and tools. • Ensure all vending machines comply with local regulations and company policies.
