Fire Alarm Sprinkler Pipe Fitting Technicians

Team99 Contracting LLC is seeking skilled Fire Alarm & Sprinkler Pipe Fitting Technicians for immediate deployment on MEP and fit-out projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate must have practical experience in both fire alarm system installation and fire sprinkler piping, with knowledge of NFPA standards and UAE Civil Defense compliance. Key Responsibilities: -Install and terminate fire alarm devices (panels, detectors, sirens, MCPs). -Fabricate, cut, thread, and install fire sprinkler piping systems. -Support commissioning and testing of fire protection systems. -Conduct flushing, hydrostatic pressure tests, and fire alarm loop testing. -Follow technical drawings and coordinate with site supervisors. -Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and Civil Defense standards. Candidate Requirements: -Diploma or Trade Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Fire Protection Technology. -Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in fire alarm and sprinkler system installation and servicing. -Strong knowledge of NFPA 13, 25, and 72 codes. -Familiarity with UAE Civil Defense procedures and approvals. -Civil Defense technician approval or certification (preferred). -Valid UAE driving license (preferred). -Ability to work independently and efficiently on construction or fit-out sites.
