Duties & Responsibilities: • Perform the installation, maintenance, and repair of various air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency. • Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, conducting thorough inspections to identify problems and determine necessary repairs. • Handle both electrical and mechanical components of HVAC units, ensuring that all work is completed to industry standards. • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols to create a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. • Provide excellent service by communicating repair needs clearly and addressing any concerns may have. • Keep accurate records of service work, including notes on repairs made and parts replaced, for future reference. Skills & Competencies: • Deep understanding of Refrigeration and HVAC Knowledge • Ability to diagnose problems in air conditioning systems using diagnostic tools and knowledge of common faults • Proficiency in working with electrical components. • Skilled in handling, charging, and testing refrigerators, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards • Understanding safety protocols, including working with electrical systems and refrigerants, ensuring all tasks are performed according to OSHA guidelines. Qualifications & Experience: • 3 - 5 Years relevant experience • High school diploma is required, or 10 years of equivalent experience. • HVAC Certificate is a plus. • Strong knowledge of refrigeration principles, electrical systems, and diagnostics, with the ability to adapt to various products and technologies. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while managing your time effectively to meet service deadlines.

We are looking for a part-time handyman/maintenance technician with experience in: – Basic electrical work – Plumbing repairs – Air conditioning maintenance (split and central units) The candidate should be reliable, efficient, and available on call for urgent issues when needed. Experience in residential properties is a plus. Location: Dubai Working hours and payment will be discussed upon interview.

Installation and Calibration of Electronic Components. Fluent in English Language, knowledge of Hindi or Arabic language is an added advantage. With minimum 1 year experience. Must have a UAE driver License.

The technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing vending machines and related equipment to ensure they operate efficiently. The ideal candidate is technically inclined, customer-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities • Installation and Setup: Deliver, install, and configure vending machines at customer locations. • Test machines to ensure proper functionality after installation. • Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance to ensure machines are clean, operational, and compliant with safety standards. • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues in vending machines. • Replace faulty parts such as coin mechanisms, payment readers, refrigeration units, and other components. • Inventory Management: Track and manage replacement parts and tools needed for repairs. • Restock vending machines, if required, and ensure accurate inventory levels. • Customer Service: Respond promptly to service calls and customer inquiries. • Provide friendly and professional support to customers during installations or repairs. • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed service logs and documentation for each job completed. • Report major technical issues or recurring problems to management. • Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and company protocols when handling equipment and tools. • Ensure all vending machines comply with local regulations and company policies.
