Computer Technician

🧑‍ Job Title: Computer Technician Company: Gameforce Computer – Sharjah, UAE Job Description: Gameforce Computer is looking for a reliable and skilled Computer Technician to join our team. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining computer systems, gaming setups, and related hardware/software. This role involves both in-store and on-site service, ensuring our customers get fast and professional technical support. ️ Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair desktop computers, laptops, and gaming PCs Install and configure Windows OS, drivers, and essential software Assemble custom gaming PCs based on customer requirements Perform upgrades (RAM, SSD, GPU, etc.) and routine maintenance Handle data backup, recovery, and virus/malware removal Set up local networks, routers, and basic internet connectivity Assist customers with technical questions and product recommendations Maintain records of repairs and system issues Ensure all systems meet performance and security standards Qualifications & Skills: Diploma in Computer Hardware/Networking, IT, or related field 1–3 years of experience as a computer technician (gaming PC knowledge is a plus) Strong understanding of PC components, peripherals, and software Ability to diagnose issues and offer fast, practical solutions Basic networking knowledge (LAN/Wi-Fi setup and troubleshooting) Good communication and customer service skills Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus) Location: Gameforce Computer, Sharjah, UAE Work Type: Full-Time Availability: Immediate joining preferred
