AC technician

Leading Home Maintenance Company is seeking a skilled and experienced AC Technician to join our maintenance team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of residential and light commercial air conditioning systems. Key Responsibilities: Installation, repair, and maintenance of split, window, ducted, and central AC units. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in AC systems. Carry out regular preventive maintenance and servicing. Check and refill gas/refrigerants, replace compressors, and clean filters and ducts. Ensure timely completion of work orders and service reports. Follow safety standards and company guidelines during all operations. Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an AC Technician in UAE or any GCC country. Good understanding of HVAC systems and refrigerants. Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and troubleshoot issues independently. Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge is a plus. Must have a valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory). Physically fit and able to work in outdoor or roof settings.
