Vending Machine Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Vending Machine Technician to join our team. The technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing vending machines and related equipment to ensure they operate efficiently. The ideal candidate is technically inclined, customer-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities • Installation and Setup: Deliver, install, and configure vending machines at customer locations. • Test machines to ensure proper functionality after installation. • Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance to ensure machines are clean, operational, and compliant with safety standards. • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues in vending machines. • Replace faulty parts such as coin mechanisms, payment readers, refrigeration units, and other components. • Inventory Management: Track and manage replacement parts and tools needed for repairs. • Restock vending machines, if required, and ensure accurate inventory levels. • Customer Service: Respond promptly to service calls and customer inquiries. • Provide friendly and professional support to customers during installations or repairs. • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed service logs and documentation for each job completed. • Report major technical issues or recurring problems to management. • Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and company protocols when handling equipment and tools. • Ensure all vending machines comply with local regulations and company policies. Qualifications and Skills • Technical Skills: Proven experience as a technician, preferably in vending machine repair or a related field. • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems. • Familiarity with coin and card payment mechanisms and related software. • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or vocational training is a plus. • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs.]). • Comfortable working in various environments, including outdoors and in tight spaces. • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Excellent communication and customer service abilities. • Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage time effectively. • Other: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. • Willingness to travel locally or regionally as required. • UAE Cancel/Expired Visa • UAE HAAD Certificate is a plus Benefits • Competitive salary based on experience. • Company-provided tools and equipment. • Opportunities for training and career development.
