Maintenance Technician

aintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine and emergency maintenance and repair of equipment, appliances, and the general facility Responsibilities: •Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, kitchen equipment (ovens, fryers, refrigerators), electrical systems, and plumbing. •Respond promptly to maintenance service requests and resolve issues efficiently. •Ensure proper operation of lighting, water supply, drainage systems, and other utility functions. •Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components, including fixtures, fittings, and appliances. •Maintain maintenance logs and report major issues to the management. •Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations at all times. •Perform general facility upkeep tasks such as painting, carpentry, basic masonry, and cleaning of mechanical areas. •Be on-call for emergency repairs outside of standard working hours, as needed. Qualifications: •Driving license •Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance or technician role, preferably in hospitality or food service environments. •Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. •Familiarity with kitchen and restaurant equipment. •Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues quickly. •Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. •Physical ability to lift, climb ladders, and perform hands-on repair tasks. •Good communication and teamwork skills. Working Conditions: •May be required to work nights, weekends, or holidays •Work involves standing for extended periods and exposure to heat, noise, and moving kitchen equipment.
