Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate product value and address client pain points. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field to ensure foundational business knowledge. Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience in a competitive environment, showcasing a track record of success. Experience in a specific industry relevant to the company, such as FMCG Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language is highly desirable to cater to diverse customer bases.

What will I be doing? As a Telephone Operator, you will accept, deliver and respond to Guest and management messages, enquiries and emergencies using their knowledge of the hotel facilities, services, and the local vicinity to quickly respond to the customer.
