Sales Executive

Job Description: We are hiring an experienced Indian Sales Executive with a strong background in FMCG food distribution within the UAE. The ideal candidate must have 3–4 years of relevant experience specifically in UAE FMCG sales (food sector only), excellent communication skills, and solid knowledge of the local market – especially supermarkets, general trading stores, and traditional outlets. ⚠️ Important Note: Applicants without proven UAE experience in FMCG food sales will not be considered. We are not interested in candidates with sales experience in any other sector (e.g., electronics, cosmetics, real estate, etc.). Responsibilities: • Drive sales and distribution of food products across UAE retail and traditional trade channels. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and open new sales channels. • Visit retail locations and outlets daily to secure orders and ensure stock presence. • Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and shelf space with decision-makers. • Prepare accurate daily/weekly/monthly reports on performance and market feedback. • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Requirements: • Indian nationality only. • Minimum 3–4 years of FMCG sales experience in the UAE (preferably in food). • Any sales experience outside FMCG will not be considered. • Strong network in UAE supermarkets, groceries, and traditional stores. • Fluent in English (mandatory); Arabic is a strong advantage. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and reporting skills. • Valid UAE driving license is a must. • Good with Excel and field sales tools.
