Job Title: Van Sales Representative – Packaged Food Distribution Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Food & Beverage / FMCG About the Role: We are a fast-growing packaged food distribution company based in Dubai, seeking an experienced Van Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of delivery and sales routes across Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Sell and distribute packaged food products to retail and foodservice customers Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets as assigned by the sales supervisor/manager Ensure on-shelf merchandising, product visibility, and stock rotation at customer outlets Develop and grow business in assigned areas through prospecting and lead generation Maintain excellent customer relationships, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high service standards Collect payments and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and deliveries Report on daily sales activities, market feedback, and competitor information Requirements: Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a similar van sales or field sales role, preferably in the FMCG or food distribution industry Valid UAE manual driving license Strong knowledge of the route networks in Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently Basic proficiency in English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an added advantage) What We Offer: Competitive salary plus commission/incentives Company vehicle and fuel allowance Opportunities for career growth in a fast-paced, growing company Supportive and collaborative team environment
