Key Responsibilities: * Greet and assist walk-in customers in the office, providing professional and personalized service. * Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate furniture solutions. * Present product features, pricing, and after-sales services in a clear and persuasive manner. * Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and delivery timelines. * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned. * Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system. * Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally. * Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new products. ✅ Qualifications and Skills: * Minimum 5 years of experience in indoor sales, preferably in the furniture or home décor industry * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets * Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor * Good negotiation and closing skills * Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales-related software * Fluent in English Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
