About the Role We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused HORECA Sales Executive to join our growing FMCG food business. The role is responsible for developing sales in the Hotel, Restaurant, Catering, and Café (HORECA) sector, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HORECA clients (hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, institutions). • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the HORECA channel. • Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure profitable growth. • Conduct product presentations, tastings, and demonstrations for potential clients. • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and credit terms with customers in line with company policies. • Ensure proper execution of promotions, activations, and product placements in client outlets. • Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly. • Collaborate with supply chain/logistics to ensure timely deliveries and availability of products. • Track competitor activities and report market insights to management. Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not mandatory if strong HORECA experience). • 2–4 years of experience in FMCG/HORECA sales, preferably within the food industry. • Strong network and contacts within hotels, restaurants, and catering companies. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business. • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory for field sales).
