Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for a Sales Associate fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese (Anyone of the Chinese Languages) to join our retail team at Zayed Airport, Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting Lagardere brand values, and supporting store operations. Key Responsibilities: Represent and promote the Lagardere brand confidently, sharing product knowledge and values. Deliver personalized service, ensuring customers feel welcomed and valued. Drive sales and achieve KPIs while maintaining high store standards. Support inventory, merchandising, and daily operations including opening/closing. Foster a team-oriented, inclusive, and positive work environment. Desired Candidate Profile Role may involve long hours and physical tasks. Proactiveness and flexibility are essential. Any nationality who can speak either Mandarin or Cantonese. Ready to work in Zayed Airport, Abu Dhabi.

Excellent communication skills in English are required – proficiency in Arabic will be an advantage. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish credibility with customers and internal teams. Experience in providing onsite technical support to Channel Partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. Experience with technical drawing software is an advantage. Exhibits excellent problem-solving abilities to address challenges effectively.
