Sales Manager FFE

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with a strong technical background in interior fit-out, FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), ergonomics, and electrical solutions. This position is ideal for a sales-driven professional who understands the design, functionality, and integration of smart office environments and workplace technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage B2B sales strategies targeting architects, designers, consultants, and corporate clients
Provide technical consultation on FF&E, ergonomic furniture, and workspace electrification solutions
Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and tender submissions
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including cold calling new customers.
Collaborate with design, project, and technical teams to ensure project feasibility and client satisfaction
Track construction projects and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Represent the company at networking events, and industry exhibitions
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the fit-out, office furniture, or workspace technology sectors in the UAE or GCC
Solid technical understanding of FF&E, ergonomic workstations, and electrical integration (floor boxes, cable management, BS6396, etc.)
Strong, solid network within the design and construction community in Dubai, Abu Dhabi
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Valid UAE driving license
