Job Title: Kitchen & Cabinets - Sales Manager Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi Job Type: Full-Time Role Summary We are looking for a hands-on and driven Sales Manager to lead our kitchen cabinets and interior fit-out sales. This role involves managing a small sales team, meeting clients, understanding their design needs, and working closely with our designers and workshop team to deliver exactly what the client wants — on time and to the highest quality. Key Responsibilities * Set and achieve monthly and yearly sales targets * Lead and support the sales team with daily tasks and goals * Meet clients to understand their kitchen/interior requirements * Prepare quotations and close deals * Work closely with designers to ensure client preferences are reflected in the designs * Coordinate with the workshop to ensure smooth production and delivery * Track sales activity using CRM and prepare regular reports * Build long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and developers Requirements - At least 1 year of sales experience (kitchens or interiors preferred) - Strong communication and people skills - Basic understanding of interior design and kitchen layouts - Good leadership and negotiation skills - Comfortable using CRM systems - UAE experience is a plus Compensation Basic Salary + Attractive Commission Performance Bonuses & Monthly Incentives Allowances for transportation and client visits
