Job Title: Key Account Executive Reports to Senior Key Account Executive Job purpose : To respond to enquiries and offer value propositions to convert prospects into clients, manage key accounts and will be responsible for overseeing all administration within the training institute and supporting trainers with all admin support. Duties and responsibilities Training Enquiry Management – Converting Leads into Sales • Respond to client training enquiries and general queries via the phone, chat and by email • Creating opportunities from all the lead managed • Closely following up on all qualified sales opportunities to secure course registrations • Maintain Client Specific Folders and Databases presently used in our institute • Contact previous clients to understand their future training needs and supply them with information accordingly • Maintain and Update all training leads/enquiries in the CRM and share lead analysis report on a monthly and quarterly basis on his/her own individual performance on these leads • Employ Business Development Strategies and Skills to acquire new clients (Ex: Cold Calling, Email Blast, etc) • Run outreach campaigns on Old Leads Training Proposal, Quote and Accounts Management • To prepare Proposals, Quotes and Invoices for every training enquiry managed • To maintain registers for Invoices, quotes and other financial instruments used by the training institute • To follow-up with clients on invoices that are overdue Key Account Management and Engagement • To all client and prospects, on behalf of ZTS wish them collectively on Eid, New Year and the likes • Explore creative ways to build a long term relationship and engagement with clients • Gather intelligence and client contacts and update the CRM to deepen our association with them Training Co-ordination and Administration • Administer, coordinate and liaise with your client contact on their training assignment from its initiation, during and after the training and bring it to a successful end. • Update systems and follow ZTS processes in this area Reporting • Send Daily Efficiency Tracker to the immediate manager • Maintain training opportunity tracker and update the stages of each lead Qualifications • Any Graduate - ideally with emphasis in communications, management, administration, or related field • 2+ years of similar work experience • Experience working with small/medium businesses • Prior experience in Sales conversion is a must • Excellent presentation, verbal, and writing skills are required • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and resources.
