Purpose of the Role : Sales Development - 1. Manage Existing Accounts along with Head of Division 2. Identify NEW Leads in Existing and NEW markets for Bearings, Batteries, Spare Parts and Greases 3. Generate, Develop and Follow up Lead List provided by company in an organized and timely Manner Working Environment : 1. Part of Export Team at Head Office in Jebel Ali Free Zone 2. Report Directly To Sales Manager and Head of Sales 3. CRM based Sales Development and follow up 4. Mandatory Weekly Report of Activities 5. Follow Work Flow Process Diligently Working Relationships : 1. Team Player 2. Must be ready to fill in and support Team if someone else is in need 3. Ready to accept and follow Sales Manager requirements Key Performance Indicators : 1. Reply to all Customers Diligently, without mistakes and on time 2. New Leads Generated 3. New Inquiries Recorded 4. No Complaints from Customer and Sales Manager 5. Weekly CRM Report of activities and pipeline Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities 1. Must be able to Sustain Long term and Healthy business Relations with Existing Customers. 2. Should be able Give consistent, Timely and Quality service to Customer Network 3. Generate NEW Leads online, calling, trade references 4. Diligent Recording of all Sales Activities, Leads through CRM 5. Weekly Reporting to HOD / Management 6.
