Strategic Support: • Support management in business planning, pricing strategies, and investment analysis. • Evaluate potential new properties or projects from a financial perspective. • Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy. ⸻ Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred). • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting/finance, preferably within hospitality, real estate, or property management. • Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and financial regulations. • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, or similar) and advanced Excel skills. • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
