Key Responsibilities: -Coordinate and support the sales team by managing schedules, handling leads, and maintaining effective communication with clients. -Process orders, prepare quotations, and ensure the timely delivery of products and services. -Maintain accurate sales documentation, reports, and customer databases. -Respond to customer inquiries and address concerns professionally and promptly. -Collaborate with internal departments such as logistics, marketing, and finance to streamline sales operations. -Monitor sales metrics and assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and performance reviews. -Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. -Handle all administrative tasks related to sales operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Requirements: -Min 2 years of experience in freight forwading is mandatory. -No freshers will be considered. -Proficiency in English (both spoken and written). Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Freight Forwarding: 2 years (Required)
