The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing a shop, preferably in the building materials industry, and strong customer service and computer skills. Job Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day shop operations smoothly. Handle walk-in customers with excellent service and product knowledge. Maintain accurate billing, stock entries, and inventory management using Tally software. Ensure proper display and organization of stock. Report daily sales and stock movement to management. Requirements: Previous experience managing a shop (Building Materials experience preferred). Strong communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in computer operations and Tally software.
