Job Title: Sales Administrator – Real Estate Location: Al Hamra, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE Company: Balaji Properties FZ LLC Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Administrator to support our real estate sales team in Al Hamra. The ideal candidate will handle documentation, CRM updates, lead coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth sales operations. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with sales agents and clients for property viewings and meetings Prepare and manage sales agreements, tenancy contracts, and other real estate documents Maintain and update CRM systems and property listings Follow up on client leads and inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, emails) Support with marketing tasks (posting ads on Dubizzle, Bayut, social media) Coordinate with government departments (RAK Municipality, RERA, RAKEZ) for documentation if needed Maintain office filing system, inventory, and general administrative support Requirements: Proven experience in real estate or sales administration (minimum 1 year preferred) Strong communication skills (English is a must, Hindi/Arabic is a plus) Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM platforms Knowledge of Ras Al Khaimah real estate market is an advantage Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask UAE residency visa preferred (or company will provide for the right candidate)
