We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales efforts by providing administrative and logistical support to our sales representatives, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients, and contributing to the overall sales growth of the company within the courier and logistics sector. Key Responsibilities: • Provide administrative and logistical support to the sales team, including preparing sales documents, managing client correspondence, and maintaining accurate records. • Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely and efficient processing of sales orders and deliveries. • Handle customer inquiries, provide information on services, pricing, and delivery timelines, and resolve basic service issues. • Maintain and update customer databases and sales reports. • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and other sales-related materials. • Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement. • Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales initiatives and campaigns. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales coordination or similar role, preferably within the courier or logistics industry. • Strong understanding of sales processes, logistics, and customer service principles. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is a plus.
