Compensation Base salary: 4,000–5,000 / AED month + individual sales commission + team performance bonus. Customer Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients. • Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues promptly to uphold brand reputation. 5. Reporting & Compliance • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards for senior management. • Ensure all transactions comply with local regulations, taxation policies, and company credit-control procedures. 6. Budget & Cost Control • Develop and manage the sales department budget; optimize marketing spend and promotional. • Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and third-party service providers to reduce operational costs. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 5+ years progressive sales experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in wholesale & retail, • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management ERP systems and Microsoft Office; fluent in English and Hindi. .
