Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Export Sales Manager / Specialist to lead and expand our international sales operations in the frozen food sector, with a focus on meat, poultry, and frozen vegetables. The ideal candidate must have a strong existing network in the HORECA sector, wholesale distributors, and frozen cold storage operators. This role is key to driving export growth, developing strategic partnerships, and strengthening our presence in targeted export markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute export sales strategies to grow revenue and market share in targeted international markets
Identify, approach, and build relationships with HORECA clients, wholesalers, and cold store operators
Handle end-to-end export sales operations including quotations, contracts, shipping coordination, and documentation
Attend international trade fairs and represent the company to promote product range and meet potential clients
Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client satisfaction
Analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity to adapt sales tactics
Prepare sales forecasts and reports to management regularly
Requirements:
Proven experience (minimum 3–5 years) in export sales, preferably in frozen foods (meat, poultry, vegetables)
Strong understanding of the HORECA sector, wholesale networks, and cold chain logistics
Existing client base or market knowledge in [preferred regions or countries, if any]
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, Arabic and other languages is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and professional email correspondence
Ability to travel internationally when required
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
