Role Summary
We’re hiring an experienced Assistant / Factory Operations Manager to run our tailoring factory end-to-end: meet customers, create job orders, manage tailors & masters, control purchasing, oversee printing/embroidery/labeling, handle HR basics, update expenses in the accounts system, respond to online inquiries, and keep the factory fully booked.
Key Responsibilities
Meet customers in-house, capture requirements, and prepare job orders.
Plan production, assign work to tailors & masters, and follow up on deadlines/quality.
Purchase fabrics, trims, accessories; coordinate with printing & embroidery vendors.
Track WIP, QC, and deliveries; solve day-to-day floor issues quickly.
Handle HR basics: attendance, leave logs, onboarding coordination.
Update expenses and entries on the accounting system.
Reply to online/WhatsApp leads and secure bookings for future capacity.
Maintain material stock levels and re-order points.
Must-Have Requirements
Proven experience managing a tailoring/garment factory (A–Z).
Strong knowledge of tailoring, fabrics, patterns, printing & embroidery.
Team leadership, customer handling, and multitasking skills.
UAE driving license + own car.
