Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering products to customers, increasing sales within their assigned route, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and ensuring timely payment collection. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver and sell products directly to customers on an assigned route. - Build and maintain strong relationships with retail outlets, restaurants, cafes, and other clients. - Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. - Promote new products and upsell to maximize sales volume. - Collect payments and ensure accurate cash reconciliation. - Monitor stock levels and manage product returns as per company policy. - Report daily sales, customer feedback, and route performance to the sales supervisor. Requirements: - Good communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. - Basic math and inventory handling skills. - Good knowledge of assigned sales territory. Salary & Benefits: Experienced (3 years & above): AED 2,000 + Other Benefits (as per UAE Labor Law) Fresher: AED 1,500 + Other Benefits (as per UAE Labor Law) Accommodation, transportation, and visa provided by the company.
