A pastry shop in Sharjah is seeking a supervisor to oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring quality standards are maintained. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in the same field.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the supermarket to ensure smooth functioning. Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation. Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly. Prepare financial and operational reports for upper management. Organize promotional campaigns and in-store events. Supervise the layout and visual merchandising of the store. Requirements: Proven experience as a store/supermarket manager or similar retail role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of retail management best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. Proficiency in using POS systems and MS Office. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred). Working Conditions: Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
