Key Responsibilities: - Deliver and sell products directly to customers on an assigned route. - Build and maintain strong relationships with retail outlets, restaurants, cafes, and other clients. - Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. - Promote new products and upsell to maximize sales volume. - Collect payments and ensure accurate cash reconciliation. - Monitor stock levels and manage product returns as per company policy. - Report daily sales, customer feedback, and route performance to the sales supervisor. Requirements: - Good communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. - Basic math and inventory handling skills. - Good knowledge of assigned sales territory.
