Job Description: We are seeking motivated and target-driven Sales Assistants to join our team in the office and help convert customer leads generated via Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads into successful sales through WhatsApp chats. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner. Assist customers in selecting products based on their preferences and needs. Confirm customer locations and manage delivery details efficiently. Maintain responsibility for each customer interaction, from initial contact to order confirmation, order successful delivery, and follow-up for review or exchange. Collaborate with the in-office team to meet targets and improve processes. Provide feedback on customer interactions and sales performance to help improve strategies and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Prior experience in sales, customer service, or online retail is a must. Must need to have command over English & Arabic. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, capable of meeting daily sales targets. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions. Working days: Monday to Saturday or Saturday to Thursday (depending on the shift schedule).
