We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The role involves selling new and/or pre-owned vehicles, building strong customer relationships, and meeting sales targets in a fast-paced automotive environment. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process. • Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits. • Provide accurate information about vehicle pricing, financing options, trade-ins, and warranties. • Close sales deals effectively and handle all related paperwork. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers. • Follow up with leads and maintain the customer database using CRM tools. • Stay up-to-date on vehicle inventory, features, and market trends. • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., finance, service) to ensure customer satisfaction. ⸻ Qualifications: • Proven experience in automotive sales or similar customer-facing role (preferred). • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions. • Basic knowledge of financing and leasing options. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages a plus). ⸻ Key Competencies: • Customer service orientation • Sales-driven mindset • Team collaboration • Product knowledge • Professionalism and integrity
