Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract healthcare professionals. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles. Maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients to understand their staffing requirements. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in healthcare recruitment. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a high standard of candidate care. Utilize recruitment software and databases to track candidate progress and share insights with clients. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a healthcare recruiter or in a similar recruitment role. Strong understanding of healthcare roles and industry terminology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates. Proficient in utilizing recruitment tools and software. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
