A lot has changed since our launch in 2013, but something that will forever remain at the core of Huda Beauty is our focus on business excellence and our unwavering passion for kindness!    Summary: The Purchasing Executive is responsible for executing procurement processes that align with business objectives, comply with procurement policies, and adhere to industry best practices. This role plays a key part in driving sourcing efficiency, supplier performance, and cost optimization.    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  Execute end-to-end procurement activities in alignment with company goals and compliance standards.  Source and evaluate new and existing suppliers while nurturing strong, long-term relationships with them.  Send RFI/RFQs, analyze supplier quotations, and prepare detailed cost breakdown assessments.  Negotiate pricing, quantities, minimum order quantities (MOQs), lead times, and payment terms to select the most suitable suppliers and send business award  Implement strategic sourcing initiatives, including procurement data management, contract benchmarking, and cost-saving strategies.  Develop and refine purchasing strategies that effectively meet evolving business needs.  Proactively resolve supply chain issues to ensure minimal disruption to operations.  Prepare and present purchase reports, including comprehensive cost analyses and market trends.  Monitor and evaluate supplier performance with a focus on quality, timely delivery, and pricing competitiveness.  Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to understand and fulfill procurement requirements.  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, pricing, supplier agreements, and other procurement data.  Requirements Sourcing and manufacturing experience are a must   Strong experience of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, negotiating and liaising with vendors)  Outstanding negotiation skills  Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.  Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses  Ability to work proactively with a solving problem attitude  Highly motivated and flexible, organized, strong attention to details   Experienced with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook  Benefits Monthly “Self Love Days” – at company discretion  Premium Medical/Dental/Vision coverage for employee plus dependents  Monthly coaching sessions with our in-house Success Coach  Employee discounts on all Huda Beauty  Quarterly product gifting  Huda Beauty is committed to building diverse and inclusive teams and upholding an equal employment workplace that is free from discrimination.
