Real Estate Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Portfolio Manager to lead and manage our portfolio of off plan properties. In this role, you will oversee the strategy, acquisition, and performance optimization of off plan projects, ensuring our portfolio aligns with market opportunities and company goals. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Develop and implement strategies to grow and manage the off plan property portfolio ✅ Analyze market trends and upcoming projects to identify profitable investment opportunities ✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with top developers and industry stakeholders ✅ Monitor and evaluate project performance, recommending adjustments where necessary Requirements: ✔ Proven experience as a Portfolio Manager, Property Consultant, or similar role focusing on off plan real estate (min. 6 months) ✔ Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and developer landscape ✔ Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills ✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously ✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills ✅ Monitor and evaluate project performance, recommending adjustments where necessary
