REAL ESTATE SALES MANAGER (BROKER) IN DUBAI FOR MASTERPIECE GROUP About the Company: We are MASTERPIECE GROUP — a real estate agency and property management company based in Dubai. We are looking for an experienced and organized Real Estate Broker. The main result we expect from the Broker in our company: meeting and exceeding the sales plan. WHAT YOU WILL DO: - Work with inbound leads: We provide a steady stream of clients already interested in purchasing real estate in Dubai. - Organize and conduct property viewings: Show properties to clients according to their requests (apartments, villas, commercial properties). - Negotiate and build trusting relationships with investors and property owners. - Achieve and overachieve sales targets (KPIs are transparent; commission from 40% with no cap). - Maintain records in CRM: Quickly and efficiently process inquiries, control each stage of the transaction. - Participate in team meetings: Daily and weekly discussions with management and colleagues. You will not have a minute to spare for long coffee breaks, but you will definitely receive plenty of gratitude and compliments from satisfied clients, as well as unlimited support from the highly professional MASTERPIECE team — along with appropriate financial rewards. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: - At least 1 year of real estate sales experience; an existing client base is a plus. - Fluent English (C1 and above); Arabic, Spanish, or Hindi are a plus. - Deep knowledge of the Dubai market: Developers, projects, districts, deal terms and installment conditions. - Experience working with CRM, fast processing of inquiries. - Energy, empathy, a high level of service, and a desire to grow. - Ambition to earn and build long-term relationships with clients. - Relevant certificates of training are a plus.
