Real Estate Broker

A real estate company in Dubai is seeking a highly experienced professional in the Dubai real estate sector, particularly in sales, purchase, leasing, and management of existing properties, as well as new properties and real estate projects launched for sale by developers in the Emirate of Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s operations, supervising its members, and leading the company’s future expansion initiatives within Dubai's real estate sector. Responsibilities: - Lead real estate sales, purchases, and leasing operations in Dubai through the company and its members, for both existing properties and new real estate projects launched by developers in the Emirate of Dubai. - Meet with clients and potential investors, communicate with them, and convince them of the importance of real estate investment in Dubai at the current time, along with expected benefits and returns from each investment. - Supervise the selection of real estate advisors for future employment with the company, including their training and development. - Lead the company’s future expansion in the real estate sector within the Emirate of Dubai by expanding the workforce and growing the network of clients and investors. - Monitor and update the latest developments in the Dubai real estate market, including price trends, and stay informed about regulations governing real estate activities and investment in Dubai for foreigners and residents. Requirements for Applicants: - Preference will be given to applicants of Arab nationality with a minimum of three to five years of exclusive experience in real estate brokerage. - Must hold a valid real estate broker license issued by the Dubai Land Department (RERA). - Must have a strong network of clients and investors, as well as established relationships with real estate developers active in Dubai’s real estate market, with prior experience working with them. - Must be proficient in both Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking). - Must have comprehensive knowledge of laws and regulations governing real estate investment in Dubai for foreigners and residents, applicable to both existing and new properties launched by real estate developers. - Must possess leadership and creative skills, and be capable of expanding the company and positioning it competitively within Dubai’s real estate sector. - Must be able to work under pressure, function effectively as part of a team, and demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving abilities. - Must own a car and hold a valid driving license. This position is open only to male real estate consultants.
