Real Estate Broker

A real estate company in Dubai is seeking an experienced individual with extensive expertise in the real estate sector in Dubai, particularly in sales, purchase, leasing, and management of existing properties, as well as new properties and real estate projects launched for sale by developers in the Emirate of Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for managing the company's operations, supervising its members, and leading the company's future expansion initiatives within Dubai's real estate sector. Responsibilities: - Lead real estate sales, purchase, leasing operations in Dubai through the company and its members, whether for existing properties or new real estate projects launched by real estate developers in the Emirate of Dubai. - Meet with clients and potential investors of the company, communicate with them, and convince them of the importance of real estate investment in Dubai at present, along with expected benefits and returns from each investment. - Supervise the selection of real estate advisors for future employment with the company, train them, develop their skills, and lead the company’s future expansion in Dubai’s real estate sector by expanding the workforce and broadening the network of clients and investors. - Monitor and keep updated on the latest developments in Dubai’s real estate market, including price trends, regulations governing real estate activities, and investment laws applicable to foreigners and residents. Requirements for applicants: - Preference will be given to applicants of Arab nationality with a minimum of three to five years of experience exclusively in real estate brokerage. - Must hold a valid real estate broker license issued by the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) in the Emirate of Dubai. - Must have an established network of clients and investors, as well as strong relationships with real estate developers active in Dubai’s real estate market, and prior experience working with them. - Must be proficient in both Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking). - Must have thorough knowledge of laws and regulations governing real estate investment in the Emirate of Dubai for foreigners and residents, applicable to both existing and new properties launched by real estate developers. - Must demonstrate leadership and creativity, and have the ability to expand the company and position it competitively in new areas within Dubai’s real estate sector. - Must be able to work under pressure, function effectively as part of a team, possess strong communication skills, and contribute to problem-solving. - Must own a car and hold a valid driver’s license. This position is open only to male real estate consultants.
