We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Property Consultant to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, as well as providing expert guidance and excellent customer service throughout the process . Key Responsibilities: * Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, and site visits * Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties * Provide expert advice on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements * Manage and update property listings on portals and CRM platforms * Coordinate and conduct property viewings * Build and maintain strong client relationships * Stay updated with local real estate trends, regulations, and competitors * Prepare necessary documentation such as tenancy contracts and sales agreements Requirements: * Proven work experience as a Real Estate Agent or Property Consultant * Experience in Dubai Real Estate (off-plan or secondary market) * Strong sales and negotiation skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * UAE Driving License (preferred) * Knowledge of Dubai property market is a plus * Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage) * 50% commission on agency leads and 60% commission on your personal leads * Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems * Fluency in English is a must. Speakers of Chinese, French, Spanish or Arab are preferred.
