For customer dealing , who can speak Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities: Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering calls, welcoming clients, and maintaining office records. Coordinate appointments between clients, real estate agents, and developers. Update property listings on online portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.). Prepare and draft contracts, MOUs, and agreements in coordination with the legal department. Assist in tracking payments, rents, and commissions with the accounting team. Upload and monitor property advertisements to ensure compliance with company standards. Handle initial client inquiries and redirect them to the appropriate agent. Maintain and organize company documents (sales/rental agreements, IDs, trade licenses, etc.). Follow up on license renewals and government-related approvals. Support the sales team with presentations, proposals, and regular reports. Ensure smooth communication and workflow across departments.
