Role Overview: You will be at the front lines of growth, responsible for reaching out to property owners, explaining the benefits of our short-term rental model, and converting them into long-term partners. Whether it’s a cold call, a lead from a broker, or a conversation during a site visit—you’ll be the voice of company. This is a sales role for onboarding the properties, ideal for someone who thrives on conversations, follows up like a pro, and knows how to turn "maybe" into "yes." Key Responsibilities: Make daily outbound calls to property owners, agents, and landlords from provided databases or self-sourced leads. our company is property management offering with clarity and conviction. Identify properties suitable for short-term rental, explain the revenue-share model (typically 15–20%), and secure onboarding commitments. Conduct or coordinate on-site visits to newly launched residential buildings, especially those ready for handover. Build and manage a pipeline of leads using spreadsheets or CRM tools. Consistently follow up on warm leads, objections, and decision-makers until closure. Coordinate with the operations team to schedule property viewings, document collection, and onboarding steps. Hit monthly KPIs in terms of calls made, site visits booked, and contracts closed. What We’re Looking For: 1 years of outbound telesales or real estate sales experience (property management or real estate leasing is a strong plus). Excellent spoken English communication. Arabic, Russian, or French is a bonus. Confident, clear phone presence; able to build rapport quickly. Grit, persistence, and a hunger for performance-based rewards. Familiarity with Dubai’s real estate landscape and short-term rental regulations is preferred. Competent in Excel, email, and basic CRM usage.
