We are looking for someone who is experienced and can work autonomously meeting KPIs & smashing targets. If this interests you and you are a customer focused closer feel free to read below Key Responsibilities - Responsible for handling qualified leads, closing deals, managing client relationships and sourcing new inventory - Provide virtual or physical viewings for buyers - Conduct client needs analysis and match them with available properties - Present new launches and exclusive listings persuasively - Follow up consistently to close leads and build long-term relationships - Market Knowledge - Build knowledge of high-performing communities for resale and rental - Liaise with property owners and other agents to source secondary stock - Ensure listings are complete, accurate, and live on Bayut/Property Finder if relevant Ideal Candidate Profile - 2+ years’ experience in Dubai real estate (off-plan or secondary) - Track record of closing deals and hitting sales targets - Fluent in English (Arabic, French, Russian, Hindi or Chinese is a bonus) - Knowledge of using CRMs and lead platforms (Bayut, Property Finder, etc.) - Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred) - RERA certification (preferred) Compensation Structure - Commission split: - Company-generated leads: 50/50 - Self-generated leads: 85/15 - No base salary initially but performance bonuses may be introduced after probation - Performance incentive options: Cash bonuses or small revenue share after consistent performance - Company visa & health insurance
