Experienced Real Estate Agent (Commission-Based)

We are looking for highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidates must have a proven track record in Dubai’s real estate market, including off-plan and secondary sales. This is a commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential. If you’re a go-getter, passionate about real estate, and ready to take your career to the next level, we want to hear from you. ✅ Key Responsibilities: Handle clients’ inquiries and provide expert guidance on buying, selling, and leasing properties Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends and developer launches Conduct viewings, site visits, and client presentations Build and maintain relationships with clients and developers Negotiate and close property deals professionally Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up consistently ?
