We are a fast-growing boutique real estate brokerage in Business Bay. We are looking for more than a secretary, we want a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant who becomes the backbone of our business. This is not a task-taking role. You will be the go-to person for the three founders and for our growing team of agents (currently 5), ensuring everything moves quickly and nothing falls through the cracks. What you’ll do: • Own and complete tasks end-to-end (not just “start and stop”). • Keep listings, documents, and portals always up to date. • Support agents with onboarding, access, and follow-ups. • Manage founders’ calendars, travel, and daily priorities. • Liaise with vendors, government offices, and clients with confidence. • Spot issues early and propose solutions or alternatives. What we expect: • Excellent presentation and polished communication. • Strong problem-solving skills — if something can’t be done one way, you find another. • A confident, sharp, resourceful personality who thrives in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to prioritise between three principals without losing track. • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant EA/office admin experience in the UAE (real estate a plus). • Own car and valid UAE driving licence is essential. We offer: • Salary AED 5,000–5,500 per month + Bonus subject to performance • Phone allowance • 9:00–6:00 working hours, with occasional flexibility. • A role where you will be central to the company’s growth and success.
